Welcome to Woodland Farms of Idaho. We are a wholesale grower of deciduous and
evergreen landscaping trees as well as the home of the Woodland Farms
annual Jones Kid's Pumpkin Patch.
Please feel free to contact us with
any specific questions at 208-921-5730.
As of October 6th, 2012 the 6th Annual Jones Kids Pumpkin is open!
UPDATE: The kids pumpkin patch was more successful then ever this year. We believe that was in large part due to many people spreading the word about Travis. (See below) Because of your support, we were able to donate $1,326.63 to Travis's family. Thanks so much.
They planted the seeds way back when and what do ya know, we got these big orange things growing all over the place out here. So bring the kidos out to walk through a farm pumpkin patch loaded with many varieties.
Our kid's manage the pumpkin patch, and all proceeds go to them. (This year is an exception; see NOTE below.) The pumpkins are 20 cents/pound which turns out to be around $2.00 to $3.50 for most of the average sized pumpkins. There is no admission fee. In addition to the pumpkin patch and the free wagon rides and inflatable slide, we have a free pumpkin decorating center in the heated barn. We supply all the materials needed to decorate your pumpkin with several different styles of pumpkin sticker faces and other decorative items. You can decorate them here or bring the materials home for later use. Once again, all the decorating materials are free. We hope to see you soon! Please contact us at 208-921-5730 if you have any questions.

Tuesday through Friday: Sunrise to Sunset These are self serve days due to the kids homework. Only the pumpkins are available during these days. There will be a money deposit tube and a scale in the patch where you can weigh your own pumpkins and leave the money in the tube. Relax, take pictures and make yourself at home. Note: Please make checks out to Woodland Farms. If you are paying with cash, please remember that there may not be anyone at the path for change. If your close, just feel free to round down to the nearest dollar. You can ignore the fractional amounts on the scale as well. Just round down to the nearsest whole number. Thanks.

A local bee keeper down the road will have his wild flower honey available at the patch as well for any that are interested. He has pedged half of all his sales from the Woodland Farms pumpkin patch to go toward Travis's family as well. (See below.) He is selling these for $3.50 each.

NOTE: This year the kids decided to donate half of their gross sales from the pumpkin patch to the family of Travis Gardner. Travis is a 6 month old boy from Nampa that is battling with cancer. There is a 5k Fun Run Fundraiser for Travis on October 20th in Nampa as well. You can find out more by going to http://www.facebook.com/WeLoveTheTravisJGardnerFamily. They will also be having an auction at the event to help raise funds. Please pass the word around. Thank You.
